| FOUNDATION & MASONRY: Basements, Exterior Walls: To prevent seepage and condensation problems. |

To prevent freezing keep garage doors closed in winter. Exposed water lines and drains should be wrapped in insulation. |

Close crawl vents in winter and open in summer. |
