Why Hire Us?
There are several reasons that the 'PROPERTY INSPECTOR,LLC stands out
among
the competition:
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
"Thank You! I will certainly pass your name along. I appreciate not only your thoroughness and professionalism, but also your comments that will be tremendously helpful to me in the future. While I don't anticipate having the gas or electric company locking up services, knowing where the cut-off switches are is important information to me. I appreciate your tagging the cut-off valves to the furnace and hot water tank. My memory seems to fade with age and that will be a help in case of an emergency. I also promise to never, ever block the vents in the furnace space! Take care."
-- Peg Terp
"Thanks for the timely and very professional
inspection you did on the property at 107th Ave. SE in Bellevue. It's always
a pleasure working with someone who gives 110% to his clients. I will be
recommending you to others in the near future."

THE REPORT
The inspector will provide you with a bound report on the day of the
inspection. It contains both a checklist (so nothing is overlooked) and
narrative comments to explain your specific house; no two homes ever age and
wear identically. Digital Pictures of your home will be emailed to you the
same day. The report will also contain information regarding the overall
construction materials used which can be very useful to understanding your
home and perhaps help you in any future remodeling projects of your own. You
may also be referred to my WEBSITE for a further understanding and
clarification of any specific problem.
